Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice
Last updated: October 21, 2026
This notice explains how Firmora Labs (Agenda Inc., doing business as Firmora Labs) collects, uses and shares “consumer health data” as defined by laws such as Washington’s My Health My Data Act and Nevada’s consumer health data law. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
What consumer health data we collect
- Hair quiz answers. Our 60-second hair quiz asks about the hair changes you’ve noticed, your life stage (for example, perimenopause or postpartum), how long the changes have lasted, what you’ve tried, and whether you’re pregnant, trying to conceive, breastfeeding or have a thyroid condition.
- Purchases. The fact that you bought a hair supplement may itself be considered consumer health data.
- Messages to us. Anything health-related you choose to tell our support team.
How we handle quiz answers
- Your answer about pregnancy, trying to conceive, breastfeeding or thyroid conditions is used only in your browser to show you appropriate safety guidance. It is not saved or sent to us or to any partner.
- Your life-stage answer is saved with your email profile only if you tick the separate, optional box asking us to use it to tailor your emails. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
- If you enter your email, your other quiz answers (what you’ve noticed, how long, what you’ve tried) are saved with your email profile so we can send your guide.
- If you skip the email step, none of your answers are saved.
Why we use it
To show your quiz results, send the guide you asked for, tailor our emails if you opted in, fulfill orders and answer your questions.
Who we share it with
We share consumer health data only with service providers that process it on our behalf under contract: our store platform (Shopify), our email provider (Klaviyo), our fulfillment partner and our customer support tools. We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not use it for third-party targeted advertising.
Your rights
You can ask to confirm whether we hold your consumer health data, see it, get a list of the third parties we’ve shared it with, have it deleted, or withdraw your consent. Email info@firmoralabs.com with the subject “Health data request.” We’ll respond within 45 days. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision; if your appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general.
