Don't double up
- Firmora already has generous amounts of zinc, selenium, vitamin D3 and vitamin A. Taking it with another supplement that contains them can push you past safe daily limits, so ask your doctor or pharmacist before combining.
- Check with your doctor before you stop anything you've been prescribed or told to take.
- Firmora contains 3,000 mcg of biotin, which can interfere with some lab tests, including thyroid and heart tests. Tell your doctor you take it before any blood work.
- Pregnant, trying to conceive or nursing? Talk to your doctor first. We don't recommend Firmora during pregnancy.
- Have a thyroid condition? Firmora contains iodine, kelp and ashwagandha, so check with your doctor before starting.
